2. Loyalty member must call +94 71 440 5000 or +94 70 395 7679 & check the availability/make a reservation.
3. Loyalty member must indicate that a valid MAX Loyalty voucher will be used to make the payment.
4. Valid for 90 days from the above-mentioned date of issue.
5. The MAX Loyalty voucher number should be presented to the merchant on demand and prior to making the payment.
6. This voucher cannot be exchanged for cash/cannot be refunded/ cannot be exchanged.
7. If the purchase value exceeds the value of this E VOUCHER the difference should be settled using another valid payment method acceptable to the merchant.
8. E VOUCHER must be fully used in one payment; Any unused balance will be forfeited.
